2. Service Description

Extaas.com primarily provides digital services and IT project work.
The website does not operate a retail e-commerce store.



3. Account and User

Creating an account is optional.

3.1 Benefits of Creating an Account

Benefits

  • Saving preferences across multiple devices
  • Easier communication via contact forms
  • Access to restricted or experimental features

3.2 Account Deletion

Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.
Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed, except for statutory retention obligations.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Inactivity

Accounts that remain unused for extended periods may be considered inactive.

The user will be notified of the deletion of the account at least 30 days in advance so that they have the opportunity to save their data or make the account active. Upon logging in to the account again, the account will be considered active again and the inactive status calculation will stop.

If the account has not been logged in for 30 days after the notification is sent, the account will be deleted and all data associated with it will be irretrievably removed.

Extaas.com is not responsible for any damage resulting from account inactivity or deletion.



4. Permitted Use

Users must not use the platform in a way that:

  • Violates applicable laws
  • Involves spam, abuse, or automated misuse
  • Disrupts the normal operation of the service
  • Attempts to exploit, analyze, or overload the system

Extaas.com reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in case of misuse.



5. Service Availability and Changes

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranty.

Extaas.com may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical limitations.



6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full payment, ownership of customized source code transfers to the client
  • Extaas retains the right to use general expertise, development methods, and non-client-specific components
  • Third-party components are subject to their license terms



7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information secret, except when disclosure is required by law.



8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Extaas is not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost revenue
  • Failures of third-party services



9. Force Majeure

Extaas is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by force majeure.



10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
